GenIA-L Receives ICAEW Technology Accreditation

We are pleased to announce that GenIA-L, our AI assistant, has been awarded Technology Accreditation by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

The accreditation follows an independent technical review by RSM on behalf of ICAEW, assessing GenIA-L against recognised standards for AI tools used in professional practice. The review examined the platform’s data provenance, responsible AI governance, and technical reliability.

Built on a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture and grounded in our verified legal, tax, HR, health and safety, and compliance content, GenIA-L delivers answers that can be traced back to their sources.

This accreditation provides ICAEW members and accountancy firms with additional independent assurance when evaluating GenIA-L for professional workflows. GenIA-L also holds accreditation from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB).
