Snatch Offshoring places qualified South African finance and accounting professionals with UK businesses. Our approach allows you to employ the candidates directly into your practice, the opposite of "outsourcing" firms.
Why South Africa
South African accountants train to a high standard (CA(SA), SAIPA, CIMA). They use the same software as UK teams, such as Xero, Sage and Excel. They work in a time zone 1 to 2 hours ahead of the UK, so they work your hours. They speak fluent English. A full-time hire typically costs 45% to 50% less than a UK equivalent, after NI and pension.
How it works:
- You tell us the role.
- We send a shortlist of tested candidates in 5 days.
- You interview and choose.
- You pay a us a once-off placement fee after the employee passes probation. There is no monthly mark-up.
- Your new hire works for you directly, through an Employer of Record or as a contractor. We can help you set this up.
What roles do we fill:
- For accounting firms: accounting managers, client accountants, management accountants, seniors, bookkeepers and tax administrators.
- For audit firms: We'll help you hire audit managers, assistant managers, seniors and semi-seniors.
- For commercial businesses: financial controllers, finance managers, FP&A analysts, group reporting accountants, credit controllers and AP clerks.
